AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry (ADOT) Collector v0.39.0 is now available. You can download the latest ADOT Collector image from the Amazon Elastic Container Registry (Amazon ECR) Public Gallery.

Release Highlights

  • The send_otlp_histograms option to send histograms in the OTLP format is not supported in the ADOT distribution of the SignalFx exporter.
  • Users of the datadog, logzio, sapm, signalfx exporter components, the following components in the ADOT Collector are behind a feature gate and are disabled by default. Please refer to Attention: ADOT Collector v0.41.0 breaking changes - third party exporters deprecation for more information on an upcoming breaking change .
