Getting Started with the Java SDK for Traces and Metrics Instrumentation

The AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry (ADOT) Java refers to some components developed to complement the upstream OpenTelemetry (OTel) Java SDK and OTel Java Auto-Instrumentation.
