Results: Check ECS instance metrics in Amazon CloudWatch

This page is deprecated. It described an earlier ADOT Collector setup on Amazon ECS that used an AWS X-Ray SDK sample application and sent metrics as CloudWatch embedded metric format (EMF). The current guide runs the ADOT Collector as a sidecar that sends traces and metrics to the CloudWatch OTLP endpoints.
